When you write on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number and the content of your messages. When you use the Virtual Assistant, the text you type is sent to an AI provider in order to generate a reply. We use this information for one purpose only: to answer your enquiry, arrange a visit, and keep your animal's clinical record.

Please do not share sensitive or financial information through the assistant. Clinical records are retained for as long as good veterinary practice requires. You may request access to your data, or its deletion, by writing to sharinealice86@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +506 8307 8400.
